Dustin has been with the company for the past 6 years He has a wide range of turf knowledge. He started on fertilizer crew and sprinkler install crew at the age of 16. Now he is training sprinkler crew members and doing Sprinkler Repair in Kansas City during his off time from college.

Dave has been with R&S Lawn and Sprinkler for the past 4 years. Dave originally started off at R&S on landscape crew. Befor that he has worked as a carpenter mastery level 5. Dave Has moved on to be our Full time Sprinkler Repairman. He has done Sprinkler repair in Kansas City for 2 of the four years that he has worked here. He is certified to inspect backflows and has taken a Rainbird Sprinkler Class the last two years in a row!

Jared is one of the newer sprinkler technitions here at R&S he has been with the company for the past 3 years. He had started off at R&S as a custodial while he was still in high school. While in high school Jarod’s Hobbies included scoccer and his robotics team. From there Jarod has transitioned into our other full time sprinkler technition that enjoys working on his 66 mustang and having fun!
